Design
The
design of the vehicle depends on individual needs. It can be a complex
balancing act considering the properties of a good crawler is nearly opposite
to the qualities of an effective bogger. Issues such as daily drivability, fuel
economy, ease of operation, multiple operators must also be considered in the
design process. Also, the cost factor is an important part of the design
process. In addition, not all customers require their vehicles to crawl over the
absolute toughest terrain, or breeze through the thickest slimiest bog. Many
people just need to simply improve their vehicle's off-road performance.

Custom
crossmembers are designed for individual needs. Weather a new crossmember is
needed to improve clearance, or needed to work with a drivetrain swap or
transmission modification – it can be done. Crossmembers, skid plates, braces
are designed to be tough, withstand more abuse than your or he vehicle can
inflict. Of course, appearances and weight is also taken into consideration. |
Custom
designed front suspension systems is our specialty. This particular
suspension system is designed for maximum travel, strength, reliability and
durability. The triangle struts pivot at a common point. Once again,
“triangulation” is used for superior strength, reliability and durability
over the more “common” four link coil suspension system. There are a lot less
moving / wearable parts in this system and a whole lot more travel. In
addition, the triangular articulation front axle design does not have any lower
control torque rods to reduce ground clearance. |
